DispatchDesk is a d/b/a of Twelve Point Ventures, LLC. DispatchDesk sends low-volume text messages for its own inquiries and on behalf of participating home-service businesses.
How you opt in
You may opt in in either of these ways:
- Website: enter your phone number and check the optional SMS-consent box on a DispatchDesk form, including the sales qualification form.
- Verbal consent: clearly say yes when DispatchDesk or a participating service business asks whether it may text you about your specific inquiry or service request.
Calling a phone number, leaving a voicemail, or providing a phone number without checking the box or saying yes does not by itself opt you in.
What messages you may receive
- Replies and follow-up about a DispatchDesk inquiry.
- Appointment confirmations and scheduling or service updates from the home-service business you contacted.
- One post-service request for feedback or a Google review.
The message identifies DispatchDesk or the participating service business that is contacting you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction and is generally limited to the inquiry or service request you initiated.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email info@dispatchdeskhq.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
